I had a chance to to work with Thor and his influence and inspiration in my life are profound. It’s not very often that you meet someone that radiates endless positive energy. The photo is in the Cordillera Apolobamba, Bolivia. A remote corner of the world and a place without borders.

One of the first weddings I shot, simply because I had a camera. Working in the region was not always easy, but the people really put it all into perspective. This is one of the reasons I love to shoot weddings – it’s a happy time in people’s lives.
Though the wedding might look serious, there was a lightness to the ceremony. No tears here and the Bride and Groom were trying not laugh – or look at each other (part of the tradition).
I delivered the photographs 6 months later, faster than some of the weddings I have done here!
